Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped, picked-up or delivered. In order to receive credit for your item it MUST be in the same condition as when you received it. All credits will be processed once items are received in its original condition. Your order will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of payment. Local orders can be picked up 48 hours after payment has been recieved. If your item is in stock. Our standard shipping will take 2-3 business days to deliver on the east coast and 4-6 business days for west coast. We require a signature confirmation to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination. We offer express service so your hair arrives just in case of an emergency. All qualifying orders must be placed by 12:30 EST in order to be picked up or have it ship out the same day. No Pickups or shipping on weekends and holidays.
