We accept walk ins on * Mon, Tues & Sat ONLY* 10am - 5pm. Unless otherwise Advertised. All other appointments must be booked 48Hrs in advanced for any specialist at HK Beauty bar.

 Beauty Bar Policies and FAQS

Looking and feeling good is achieved with personalized and professional attention to both hair, skin, and beauty. Hk Beauty Bar is committed to providing qualified salon & esthetician services in a comfortable, clean and relaxed setting at our salon. All of our beauty services are customized according to the individual needs of our clients by a team of experienced and licensed specialists who offer expertise and practical advice for looking your best.

Covid policy 

  • If you are feeling unwell before your scheduled appointment please reschedule thru your confirmation email or by giving us a call at the shop.

  • When arriving grab a mask at the door if you don’t have one. Stop at the service desk to get your temp checked.

  • Please wash your hands upon arrival!

  • Mask must be worn at all times during your service, even while you are getting a service for the safety of our guest unless otherwise instructed by your stylist.

  • No children, or extra guest allowed in the salon area unless receiving a service. No Exceptions.

  • If you display ANY symptoms of being sick during your service, we will STOP your service and CANCEL your appointment. Please be honest with US for the safety of our staff and guest. Your deposit WILL NOT be REFUNDED. 

Payments and Charges 

All services require a deposit upon booking. The Deposit FEE varies based on services & prices. All deposits are 30-50% of your total service price. Your REMAINING balance will be paid in FULL at the time of your service to your specialist during CHECKOUT.  (If you book a service in-person ONLY,  you can choose to pay for your service in FULL) 


Deposits are Non-Refundable!! If your appointment is rescheduled within our 48hr timeframe you can choose another appointment time with your same deposit. Ladies and gentlemen if you fail to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48HRS of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a 10-20% inconvenience FEE, depending upon your service. Which will total 50% of your service. You will also forfeit your deposit and a new one will be required to book another appointment. 


  • All appointments must be scheduled, no exceptions HK Beauty bar requires a deposit to book any service.

  • Late Fee- Any scheduled guest arriving more than 10-15 min late you will be charged a $15 Late fee. Any client arriving more than 15 min LATE you will then forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book a new date and time.

  • No call, No Shows will result in 50% of your service being charged. 

  • HK Beauty Bars does require a 3% service charge on all credit card transactions. 

  • PA Sales tax (6%) is only charged on products not services. 


PLEASE book a consultation with your desired specialist , consults can apply to all appointments or under any circumstances. Or you may simply be unsure of what’s best for you you . Ex: of some services that may require a consultation: Esthetics or skin services. Coloring Services, Hair services such as Microlinks (any extension service), some Braids, Weaving Services, and custom wigs* Our Bridal & Party packages also require a consultation before booking.

If a consultation is not booked and, your service or style is not able to be achieved due unattainable circumstances or due to the wrong appointment being booked, or natural hair not being healthy enough to proceed or your hair isn’t the required length to achieve the desired style. This will result in a cancelled appointment and forfeited deposit! Most consultants are FREE! If you are unsure we will help. If you decide to just go ahead and book a service and you arrive to your appointment and service isn’t achievable the specialist will inform you the service isn’t achievable, with reasonings at the time of your service. At this time you forfeit your deposit and your appointment will be canceled. 


When arriving at the beauty bar:


Please stop at the service desk, Sign/Check-in before having a seat in our salon area. Please NOTE *All Children must be checked in by an adult, please do not drop children off to check themselves in. All children need to be ACCOMPANIED by an adult to Check - In. Children under 14 yrs old will need an adult PRESENT while services are being rendered. 


Our receptionist will then direct you to your specialist once check-in is complete. 


  • If your specialist isn’t ready for you, please have a seat in the designated area of your service.

  • Please DO NOT sit on our salon furniture- ex: salon chairs, drying chairs, or shampoo bowls - if you are not being serviced, it is for our guest being serviced at that time. *We have Guest seating available* 


  • If your child is over 12 you must book an adult hairstyle, also if your child is under 14 years of age they must be accompanied by an adult. For the safety of you and your children. 


  • We do not provide BEADS for the kids braids. Please bring your desired color please make sure they are medium sized. Any additional Accesories added during the service is an additional charge. 


  • Wig Washing is not included in your service, please add that on to your service if you’d like. It is an additional fee.


  • We provide braiding hair please DON’T bring any unless otherwise instructed.


  • If your specialist isn’t ready for you, please have a seat in our seating area located in the salon.

  • No eating or Drinking allowed in the beauty bar. 

  • Check with your specialist for any additional requirements before booking.

Before booking, Please Read

*Microlink, Itip, or Tape-In Clients ONLY! 

For this service Healthy Hair is REQUIRED! 


NEW & Returning Clients- STOP and Book your Consultation before booking any MICROLINK or ITIP Service.  *ALL MICROLINK , Itip & Tape-In SERVICES REQUIRE A CONSULTATION*  

Except “Microlink or Itip REMOVAL”


  • Book your“Microlink or ITIP Consultation” under “Microlinks & Itips” Tab. 

  • If you are a returning Microlink or Itip client, you must STILL book a consultation before any new appointments. 

  • I only except Micro-links or Itips from my “gold links” Kollxtion. No exceptions

  • Your appointment will be booked at the time of your consultation, if we decide to move forward with the service. 

  • Microlink or Itips hair can be purchased online at under “Diamond Links”(Returning clients ONLY- you can purchase hair, if you know your CORRECT hair texture) or order in-person after our REQUIRED Consultation. Please do not purchase hair before our consult if you are NEW client or unsure of what your exact texture maybe.


*Additional instructions for ALL other clients booking a closure, frontal, or wig INSTALL. OR any other weaving service please read* NO EXCEPTIONS


We are a hair extensions supplier as well. All of your hair & beauty needs for all services can be purchased here at HK Beauty Bar!  We have wigs, bundles, itips, tape-ins, closures, frontals, hair care and wig care, along with braiding hair available in store and online. 


  • We only accept thin Transparent or HD lace for installs to achieve the best MELT Possible. No EXCEPTIONS.  Her Kollxtion only supplies HD LACE. 


Your closure, wig, or frontal must be dropped off at least 4-5 days before your scheduled appointment. If it is not dropped off within that timeframe, within our business hours from (Tues-Sat) between the hours of 10am-7pm your appointment will be canceled.



  • If you are purchasing your hair from Her Kollxtion, and getting an install as well your hair needs to be purchased at least 1-2 week before your appointment. Its not guaranteed what you want will be in stock the day out your appointment. You can purchase your hair by visiting the website directly at or come in store to place your order.


  • When you drop off your wig, frontal, or closure please leave your name and appointment date.


  • If your hair is not from Her Kollxtion the QUALITY of the HAIR and LACE must be examined before booking. NO EXCEPTIONS We recommend buying your hair from *Her Kollxtion* for the best results. 


  • Please consult with me FIRST before booking a “New” install with an old lace. I will not re-install a lace that has been installed over 2X or more it is simply too WORN out! I will also not install it, if it was not installed or customized by me. 


  • If you drop a used wig off to be reinstalled and it is not cleaned, you will be charged a $35 cleaning FEE. Which will be applied to your remaining balance. 


  • Any Used Frontals or Closures can NOT be reused for a NEW Install.! No exceptions


  • If your frontal, closure or wig is customized in any way shape or form I will not install it!!!


  • When booking a Sew-In of any sort I recommend healthy hair.


  • If you need any additional services such as wig washing, coloring or styling please book accordingly. Choose to “add-on” additional services NOW when you book your appointment, because we may not have time to accommodate any extra request.


Be certain to “add on” wether or not you want a side or a middle part. ( So it can be added while customizing your wig) The baby hairs are automatically customized in your unit but i will only do them during the install by request. Be sure to add it to your service. FREE of charge.

Custom Wig Construction 


  • Every clients head MUST be measured - NO Exceptions. 

  • Please Book your FREE Consultation under “MISC” - “Custom Unit Consult” to have your head measured. 

  • After your consultation your appointment will be booked, if we decide to move forward with the service. 




Personal information is gathered by during the order checkout process to ensure accuracy, and security. During the check-out process, your name, address, email address, telephone number, and payment information is collected. You may also have the option to create your own account to store this personal information, at which that time a username and password will be collected as well. In order to view the information in the "My Account" section of the site you may first log in using your username and password. This will help you access your pickup or shipping details. Please make sure all of your info is correct. If your shipping and billing address are different make sure you’ve entered everything correctly. We will ship to the address provided. 



Temp must be checked, and mask must be worn to enter the boutique.

Any add-on services such as plucking, bleaching knots, or any sort of customization must be booked online or in store All WIGS DO NOT come customized. EX: Plucked, bleached, etc. Our “Ready to Wear” Wigs come FULLY customized and ready to wear. We also don't offer same day customization. Wig must be purchased before we begin customizing. 

All online orders placed will receive an order email confirmation showing your ordered items and pickup location. If you DO NOT receive an email confirmation, please contact HK Beauty bar at (717) 773-4386 immediately to ensure we have the correct email.


Pickup confirmations are ALWAYS emailed after your order confirmation to the email provided during checkout. Please check your spam. We also follow up with a courtesy pickup call or text. If it has been over 48HRS since you've received a notification please fill out a contact form here on the site or give us a call. 

Any order not picked up Within 48Hrs of your pickup confirmation being emailed, your order will then be shipped to the address YOU provided at checkout. We will then update your order with a tracking number. 

Any order placed for pickup can NOT be picked up no earlier than 12pm and no later than 6pm. All orders placed  for pickup after 3pm will be prepared on our next business day. ( If stock is available.) 

NO ORDER can be picked up without an order# & Identification (No Exception’s) If you are sending someone to pickup your order there NAME must be added in the NOTES section before placing your order. NO EXCEPTIONS. 



Here at HER Kollxtion we are committed to providing you the best. These expectations are not only set for our products but also for our services and processes as well. Your order will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of payment. Local orders can be picked up 48 hours after payment has been recieved. If your item is in stock. Our standard shipping will take 2-3 business days to deliver on the east coast and 4-6 business days for west coast. We require a signature confirmation to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination. We offer express service so your hair arrives just in case of an emergency. All qualifying orders must be placed by 12:30 EST in order to be picked up or have it ship out the same day. No Pickups or shipping on weekends and holidays.

If you received your orders and want to make a change please email When shipping back your items each item must be must be in the same condition as received, please include your order number and details of the exchange. Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped, picked-up or delivered. In order to receive credit for exchange hair MUST be in the same condition as when you received it. All credits will be processed once items are received in its original condition.     • All sale orders will be processed 7-10 business days after the sale has ended. No orders can be picked up or shipped during our sale. All orders will be processed thereafter. 

    • All sale orders will receive a tracking number, or a pickup notification. If you received your order confirmation you will receive a pickup notification. Check your spam.

    • We Do not Presell or over sell!
